(Sports Network) - The Boston Bruins and Chicago Blackhawks both will try to gain the lead in the Stanley Cup Final on Monday, as the clubs battle in Game 3 at TD Garden. Listen to the game live on TSN 1050 and TSN 690, tonight at 8pm et/5pm pt. The Bruins and Blackhawks are tied at 1-1 in this best-of-seven series after splitting a pair of overtime games in Chicago. The Blackhawks won Wednesdays opener 4-3 in triple overtime, but Boston bounced back with a 2-1 OT win in Saturdays Game 2 at United Center. Boston, the Easts fourth seed, is 7-2 as the host team in these playoffs and has won six straight at TD Garden since dropping Game 5 of the first round against Toronto on May 10. The Bruins also get to host Game 4 on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Chicago, this years Presidents Trophy winners, has posted a 3-4 record as the guest during this postseason. Boston earned a split in Chicago after Daniel Paille scored at 13:48 of overtime to give the Bruins a 2-1 win on Saturday. A wraparound from behind the Chicago net along the right boards wasnt handled by the Blackhawks Brandon Bollig, and Bostons Adam McQuaid was able to push the puck down to Tyler Seguin. From the mid-boards, Seguin fired the puck over to the slot, where Paille ripped it home into the right corner for the win. Paille also had the assist on Chris Kellys goal that tied the contest in the second period and Tuukka Rask was strong in a sloppy first period for Boston and finished the game with 33 saves. "If you look at our game I thought we werent there at first," said Boston head coach Claude Julien. "We started to get better as the game went on, but Tuukka bailed us out. I told our guys that we have to show up for these games from the start or were going to get into trouble." Rask kept the score at 1-0 in the first period despite his team getting outshot 19-4 in the opening 20 minutes. He has turned aside 92-of-97 shots in the first two games of this series and is boasting a stout .944 save percentage in this years playoffs. "Well, we definitely were in survival mode there for a bit," said Rask. "It looked like they had more guys out there than we did. They were bouncing on every single puck in front of net, had a lot of chances. We definitely played pretty bad." Patrick Sharp scored the only goal on Saturday for the Blackhawks in the first period, and Corey Crawford made 26 stops in the loss. Chicago had won Game 1 by a score of 4-3 in triple-overtime after rallying from a two-goal deficit in the third period, but failed to repeat the magic as the team lost for just the second time at home in 12 playoff games. It was the second straight season that Games 1 and 2 were decided in an extra session, as the Kings took two at New Jersey en route to last years Cup title. "Its like the second period, I thought we lost the pace of the game on that end of the rink," said Chicago head coach Joel Quenneville. "We had the perfect start to the game, then we stopped doing what made us successful. We stood around, they countered." Boston was 0-for-2 on the power play while Chicago went 0-for-3. This series marks the first time Original Six franchises have met in the Stanley Cup Finals since 1979, when Montreal defeated the New York Rangers in five games. This years Cup Finals also is a battle between recent champions. Boston beat Vancouver in 2011 to win the Cup, while Chicago took down Philadelphia the year before to win it all. Boston has won five of its six postseason meetings against Chicago. Air Max 270 Bleu Homme. The Australian is competing in his final season in Formula One and still looking for his first win this year. He will look to end Vettels run of six straight race wins on Sunday. Rinne played two periods in his first game since left hip surgery in early May. Gabriel Bourque scored 3:07 into the second period and Austin Watson tallied 5:15 later for Nashville. The quest begins with what is supposed to be an easy one, although Germany has traditionally been a stubborn opponent to Canadian teams at international tournaments. Vapormax Plus Pas Cher Homme. There was no hesitation from the 40th-ranked Pospisil, from Vernon, B.C., who admitted that he cut back on his training sessions over the last few days to conserve energy as the long ATP season finishes next week at the Paris Masters. TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- It hasnt exactly been the kind of week-in-a-bubble Alabama coach Nick Saban would want before a Southeastern Conference game. The top-ranked Crimson Tide has dealt with injury questions, a star players arrest and backup quarterback Blake Barnett leaving the team leading up to Saturday nights game with Kentucky.Alabama (4-0, 1-0 Southeastern Conference) remained a heavy favorite over the Wildcats (2-2, 1-1), who have won two straight since a rough start but lost on all nine previous trips to Bryant-Denny Stadium.Leading rusher Damien Harris, a Kentucky native who was heavily recruited by the Wildcats, has been nursing a sprained right ankle while receivers ArDarius Stewart and Robert Foster sat out the Kent State game with knee injuries.Coach Nick Saban announced Thursday that Barnett had left the program and withdrawn from school. That followed linebacker Tim Williams early Thursday morning arrest on a misdemeanor charge of carrying a pistol without a permit.Saban said afterward that he would review the information before settling on any punishment. The test coming off what he called Alabamas most complete performance -- a 48-0 win over Kent State -- is to not let the off-the-field issues affect the performance. We played with a little better consistency throughout and well certainly need it against an SEC opponent that has really played well the last two weeks, Saban said. It will be very challenging for us.Kentucky has presumably built confidence with wins over New Mexico State and South Carolina. The Wildcats havent beaten a ranked SEC team on the road since a 39-36 victory over No. 21 LSU in 1998.This will be a huge test for a team with only 11 seniors on the roster, the fewest in the nation.Im confident well continue to push forward, Wildcats coach Mark Stoops said. I think our players are growing and it is what it is as far as our experience and what we have, especially defensively. They learn every time they take the field and every time we practice and well continue to do that.dddddddddddd.Here are some things to watch in the Kentucky-Alabama game:INJURY REPORT: Saban said Harris and Foster had both practiced by mid-week and Stewart had done some running.I cant really tell you who could or who couldnt play, Saban said after Wednesdays practice. I think these will all be sort of right-before-the-game decisions relative to whether these guys will be ready to go or not.WILLIAMS STATUS: If Williams is held out for all or part of the game, it leaves the Tide without one of the teams top pass rushers. He had 10.5 sacks last season off the bench and 1.5 through four games.WHOS NO. 2? Without Barnett, who started the opener against Southern California, either David Cornwell or Cooper Bateman is left to be `Bamas No. 2 quarterback. Bateman started the game against Mississippi last season while Cornwell hasnt played.JORDAN RULES: Sophomore linebacker Jordan Jones has been the constant on a Kentucky defense that had allowed 500 yards in each of its first three games before holding South Carolina to 268 in last weeks victory. Jones leads the SEC in tackles per game at 10.8 and his 43 stops rank ninth nationally. His tackle total through four games is the most since Danny Trevathan had 46 in 2011.BOOM AND BENNY SHOW: Kentuckys backfield tandem of junior Stanley Boom Williams and freshman Benny Snell Jr. try to continue their strong play against the SECs top run defense. Theyve combined for 513 yards rushing and six TDs the past two games. Williams ranks third in the conference at 116.0 yards per contest. Snell is tied for the SEC lead in rushing TDs with five, the most by a freshman through four games in school history.---AP Sports Writer Gary B.
